Not content with a new Project Manager, we now too have a brand new office in the Ada Estate in Dar Es Salaam, where Rosemary will now be based.

Welcome to your new home Rosemary!

Trans Tanz are delighted to announce that Rosemary Sokile has agreed to take on the role of Project Manager when Duncan departs in October.

We're thrilled to have Rosemary join the team. She brings with her a wealth of experience, holding both a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a BSc. in Home Economics and Human Nutrition. She has several years of experiences in working with not- for-profit organizations in areas of HIV/ AIDS and wider healthcare issues, micro- credit management, training and facilitation.

Thanks to everyone else who applied: there were many great applicants and we would love to have been able to take on more of you!

A team of hardened athletes from Sky's Digital Media team, lined up on a sweltering summer's day in July to complete the British 10km run and raise a WHOPPING £580 for Trans Tanz.

Sky themselves matched this figure, meaning over a thousand pounds was raised in total.

Huge thanks to the ladies of Sky and congratulations on their fine achievement. They're already talking about a half-marathon next month...
